Seek Your Goals, Establish Your Standards.
Be Unapologetically You. Speak Your Truth.
I am Not for Everyone, and I am Okay with That.
Therapy is a space where you can lay out your story. Your story may feel messy, complicated, or even too much to share. There is to be absolutely no judgment, no shame, just someone who is ready to truly listen and help you to untangle those pieces. Do not hold back. Your story deserves to be heard and together we can work through it step by step.
There is nothing that we as therapists have not heard. No matter how heavy, confusing, or tangled it feels, your story matters.
The goal here is to provide the best, most intentional care to clients who want to establish change in their lives. We must explore and move forward on the same page to achieve “success”.
Anna Schubbe, LPC, LMFT, Brainspotting I & II Trained
I am a person of color, diagnosed later in life with ADHD, the product of a complicated childhood without access to mental healthcare and damaging interactions with particular others in adulthood. Yet, I am a survivor and (mostly) thriving.
I am 32 years old, married, heteronormative cis female, living in the Northeastern United States. I was born and raised in the deep south of Georgia before relocating in 2019.
I live in the Poconos and have been a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, working in the field since 2015. I specialize in Trauma, Relationships, OCD, and working with Neurodivergent Adults age 18 & up.
I offer Brainspotting, Gottman I, ACT, and DBT approaches to therapy. I serve PA, NY, NJ, and FL.
